If there’s one thing that freaks me out…

… more than most, it’s wildlife in the city.

We saw this big porcupine while leaving Nan and Poppops tonight and it really got my adrenaline pumping. it was lumbering down the sidewalk when we first drove by, then when we turned around it went up someone's path and sat right in front of their door. Imagine the fright you’d get if you opened the door and saw that 35 pounder, en-garde.

I actually snuck past the pointy rodent and went to the backdoor of this house. I just wanted to warn them. I knocked on the door once, but figured I shouldn’t really be here as there have been some home invasions recently, and there was no good way to say, “Hey, there’s a porcupine on your front step” without looking suspicious. So I left.
