…an early winter or a late fall. It’s Oct 7th and the leaves are usually brown and withered, if not completely gone from the plants here by now.
Well, that’s certainly not the case right now. Having snow is not surprising, but the green leaves and the Roses (and Rose buds) are very surprising.
The snow had just come down, than a few moments later the sun came out… I had about 30 seconds to get these pictures before the snow melted. You can see the water formed on top of this bud already…
Not a rose, but still amazing…
It was really weird to see the fresh snow when the plants looked in mid season form with the glorious sunshine beating down on them…
